I would like to send an email 24 hours before an appointment to remind the client of their appointment, their email address time and date of the appointment are inserted into the databace at the time of the booking, but is it possible to send them an email 24 hours before the appointment with this information any, links would be helpfull thank you.

I think you can do this using a stored procedure or a trigger but I cant remember whether this would need to be invoked by an action but it is worth a search.
