Hi all,

 

I'm in the process of coding a custom CMS, which I plan to release free or for a small fee.

 

What features does a simple one need?

 

I currently have:

- pages

- news

- paid-members area

- membership

- easy templating (it replaces {content} in the template with the content, etc)

- edit template blocks from acp

- SEO urls (/page/PageName, /page/News/NewsID, /page/Members/PremiumID)

- WYIWYG editor (CKEditor 3 - uses standards)

 

What else would be needed for a simple CMS? I'm not going to go to the lengths of the likes of ExpressEngine, obviously.

 

Any ideas will be considered.
