Cant help with the Tableless Design aspect but the site looks decent. Not sure about the talking women though made me jump. Lol

The website in general looks a bit messy, I didn't know where to look.

 

You should use the home page for important content which will get the users interested in what you have to offer so they navigate through the other pages.

The talking woman looks so unprofessional, look at her lips as she speaks... so tacky.
