Whats the quickest & most simple way to create a rotating image in dreamweaver cs4?

If it has a regular delay in the rotation and all the images are the same size, make an animated gif with this incredibly small program http://www.whitsoftdev.com/unfreez/ (works well despite the warning and being only 28KB).
