Evening all, im making a script for my CMS which contverts XHTML & CSS into HTML. It's nearly complete, but i've come to a halt as back in 19-nort-blonk when i used HTML i never writ anything for :hover. can someone tell me how it would be implimented into the style="" attriobute?

It cannot be put in the style="" attribute because it's additional to the class or selector, so you need to place it in a seperate file, or in the head of that document. Remember to try and stop yourself from using the :hover pseudo class, and try and use a:hover where applicable.
