I must check my webmail like 10 times a day and other various forum websites also. This has become a huge time waster for me.

 

I need a software that only allows me to view websites x amount of times a day and blocks me from further viewing. If anyone knows of a software that would bre greatly appreciated.

If you are running through a router, it may have a setting to block Internet access at times you set up e.g. you may block access during working hours 08:30 to 17:00
