I recon just make your header a bit 'different'. Maybe a logo? Love the stone bg...

 

I would personally put the footer onto the stone in white like the header.

i would fade out the reflections on the portfolio a bit more as it is not obvious at first that some of them are reflections.

I have altered the footer info, changed the pictures on the portfolio page which i think i need to change again somehow?!

 

Will try a logo/header today and maybe some more white splat graphic/s at the bottom.

I like ur portfolio site. Its very simple and very effective because of white space.

 

But it looks bit a blog site. You are a Webdesigner, and its ur portfolio site. So need to line up your services that what are you doing.

I went on your site earlier and saw a skate boarder on the top right! that looked pretty good. The image there at the mo is a bit stretched :/
