May 11, 200917 yr created a wordpress theme but for the life of me cannot work out how to include the text on the "install" screen in the admin area i have included the template info at the top of the style.css file, am i missing a file somewhere ??
May 12, 200917 yr Wordpress takes the information from the style.css file in the theme folder. The comment at the top of the file is where the info is stored. The example below is from the default theme - just change the text after the colon to have it display in the control panel. Theme Name: WordPress Default Theme URI: http://wordpress.org/ Description: The default WordPress theme based on the famous <a href="http://binarybonsai.com/kubrick/">Kubrick</a>. Version: 1.6 Author: Michael Heilemann Author URI: http://binarybonsai.com/ Tags: blue, custom header, fixed width, two columns, widgets
