Convert PFD to HTML?

Featured Replies

Hi, does anyone know a good pdf to html converter thats online to download and FREE?

I have a brochure in PDF and I need the HTML to be perfect i.e. the exact same design, layout, use of pictures, images colours etc

Thanks,

Emma

I don't know of one that will get your html perfect, could you not open the pdf into something like photoshop and then just cut what you need and recreate it in code yourself? That would probably be the safest way of ensuring that your code is perfect.

To be honest Emma, I'd suggest talking to your client. The layout etc of that PDF wouldn't work as a website.

Getting the graphics, colours etc the same wouldn't be a problem, but that layout just wouldn't work.

is it being converted to a site? or just a single page? i'm confused :B

It'd make an ok site with a few amendments, and a different homepage, and a nav :p but is that what your after? or just a single html page?

anyway, i can do it if you still need it converting :D with a little clarification, pm me if your still interested in converting it to html/css :)

Hmmm, It could certianly be a website, but very small as there is a significant lack of content there. One page wonrder might be the best thing for it. Clever design and structure would see that done properly. Bocaj has offered to carry this out for you so perhaps we can see the finished artcile once complete? It would be interesting to see how this project progresses.
