while browsing in web i found a site which is made by flash... but the rounded background of this site is coool

you'd have to use background images, though rounded corners are possible with css3's border-radius property.

Will be a problem with this kind of shadow if u will have a "simple" shadow you can do something like this :

 

 

where :

<div id="1"> </div> //thats a top part of the site
