April 2, 200917 yr Did any read the article on Firefox on the PC pro website. Link to article. I mainly use FF for browsing as I always felt it was safer then IE. What does everyone else think on the subject? Colin
April 3, 200917 yr I doubt any internet browser is 100% security safe. That is why we have antivirus software and firewalls. I think the best way to ensure never getting a virus would be to not use a browser or a flash drive or a cd/dvd or email or... I have 16 computers in my lab. I must say the 4 not connected to the network and internet and do not allow flash drives to be used have the fewest viruses but them hardly anybody ever turns them on as they are pretty much useless! Point is, use the browser you most prefer, vulnerabilities aside. Then ensure it is always updated, and that you have an up to date antivirus running.
