Yeah the site looks ok. A bit too much going on.

 

I dont know... I think you might get a big drop off rate when people actually go and buy the CD

because the shopping cart you're using requires them to sign up with your site.

 

I personally dont like to sign up with a site just to buy something, unless I really trust the site.

In that case maybe you could add a Paypal Link as an alternative.

I'm hating the colour scheme, with the red and the yellow. It looks like a cheap BMX from the early eightys, not like the cool chrome ones you got, lol. It's a bit "in your face" for me. I don't like to be "sold" things on a site, i like to browse and make my own mind up, your site is kinda like a market trader shouting "CDs! CDs! GET CHOR CDs ERE". Look at how amazon do it, subltle, good use of typography and images, and simply displaying offers . Works for me.

hmm, interesting, it seems that most of your cd's are out of stock, don't you need stock to run a bussiness? and a constant supply of it.

In addition to comments already made, I think your drop down menu for cd and dvd is to long, it drops off the bottom of screen.

The colours are what the client requested as that is their logo

 

The website is not owned by us we have just designed it so out of stock items is not my problem

 

And to sign up we like the idea as we can collect vital info about stats ok thanks for the input cheers
