The 3 main images look a bit rough, and i cant really work out what it is your company does, but as for the layout and navigation i think it looks great.

I would try using a background image with some more stage lights shining...to feel more immersed in the staging theme. The grey gradient didn't complement the content area. good job though..

I'm Mr. Honest, so;

 

It's screaming amateur, and amatuer isn't the image you want your company to have. Why oh WHY does your logo have a drop shadow? It's on a white background, that looks very poor!

 

Navigation overhangs on the left in FF3.

 

The colours are all off by the time you get to the SALES HIRE and ABOUT US pictures.
