Site Broken in Internet Explorer

Featured Replies

have a look at this website www.mcallisterbros.com in internet explorer, Iam only getting the top half of the site and some of the buttons are missing, have a look at it in firefox or any other browser and its perfect, have I done something wrong with the code? deleted something by accident?? i would appreciate any help.

The site looks ok in IE7 but not IE6 so as a guess, I would say that you have messed up the conditional comments around the nav bar for IE6.

Check that they are all correct. If one of them is incorrect, it may stop the rest of the site from displaying.

Hope that helps :)

I'll have a proper look tomorrow if you haven't managed to sort it out.

ElanMan's right. The conditional comments in the following code are not closed and so the rest of the page is hidden from all IE browsers except 7.

<li><a href="pages/photogallery.html">Photo Gallery <!--[if IE 7]><!-->
<li><a href="pages/contactus.html">Contact us <!--[if IE 7]><!--></a>
