I like it. Looks very nice. Only problem of course is accessibility but if your not too worried about it then you've done a fine job.

I found the animated frame around the states when I popped out too disturbing. There is enough that happends anyway with the state zooming out and the popup tooltips appearing. I felt very busy and I just wanted it to calm down.
