Hi, i'm a student and im on a local network and using filezilla to upload things from home. The problem is that when i connect to the server and make a change, the change will not happen when i use http://www.cems.uwe.ac.uk only when i use http://cems.uwe.ac.uk/ (Without the www.) it works fine, this is quite urgent as i have assignments due tomorrow.

No i was using an example there.. there is an extension, which you wouldnt be able to see anyway because it can only be accessed from the university.

non www should foward to www or vice versa, (dup content)

this apear to be what you are already doing, this means the content displayed is from the same resource.

 

are you sure this is not a browser cache problem?
