I am not sure if this is in the right place so please move it if it is not!.

I am looking to have a website built but I am on a really tight budget as I have just started up a new business. I have found this website and it looks really promising, http://www.ioom.co.uk/web_management.php the fact that I can do it as a pay monthly thing allows me to up my budget by quite a bit. Has anyone heard of or dealt with these people?. What do you all think about them?

I've no experience with these people.. but a suggestion maybe to post in the freelancers thread? You may find some one in there that can do a better job for less wedge!
