Hi all.

Never done this before and looking for some help.

I have created a registration form for my website and need to know how to do the following.

1.How to get the PHP script

2.How to get the form to e-mail me the results

3.How to make certain text Fields, drop down menu and check box buttons mandatory.

4.Link to my world pay page upon pushing the submit button

5.How to make the form secure as the form is collecting personal data.

6.Limit the form so only a specified number of people can enter.

 

I designed the form in dream weaver mx and my hosting company is 1and1 UK.

Any help would be gratefully received
