link?

This is really funny  , sorry about that. I added the link.

I don't know how much control you'd have over this, but it's just not very informative or interesting. There's nothing to get me excited about the company, even if I had an interest in coin grading. There's 1 short paragraph about the company, a longer one about charges.. and then a ****load of terms and conditions which basically says the whole process is subjective anyway. What's the message given? The way I interpret it is that the company isn't worth going to. It doesn't give an impression that they're enthusiastic or passionate about what they do, and having so much emphasis on the terms and conditions suggests that they're a bunch of cowboys.

Now, the truth may well be different but in that case, you need to be communicating that truth. Their tagline says they're "passionate about grading coins" - you need to get that across.

Thanks for such a great reply. I wish I could change the information on the website!!! I will show your opinion to the owner and may be he will make it better.

1) I love the colour palette

2) your headers are one - not in your main colour palette two - in a font tat doesn't fit for me... why not use the same font as the main header?

3) The site has very little content, so I would slim it all down and drop the text size down etc... Right now the text is too big for my liking and it all feels very 'big' or overtly spaced out.

Thanks for your help! You are right, it does look too big... I made the website on the huge monitor with high resolution. When I opened it on another monitor it looked far too big. I will change that.

As to the font like on the main header I had to use the picture for it as it's not a standard font and it won't look the same on different computers. Or maybe I don't know something?
