The second on mate looks better!!!

I think the first one, Its tight, contained no scrolling down the page.

Regarding my first impressions when entering V2: 'is this site directed at children?' So many bright colours that quite unfortunlately clash with the background, it's not my cup of tea. The logo reminds me of the UK sweets, 'Lovehearts'.

 

So basically, unless your target audience is building websites for children, I'd not go with V2.

I have been working on version 2, and once youve decided and i took your votes Ill put up the winner lol

Firstly can't view your original site as it has a timer...

And if you designed such a huge site as ASOS then to be honest your second site is not good enough for the clients you should be aiming at. Although I like it in principle the red dots for nav look very poor which made my close the window...

I designed ASOS website in 2006. It has changed now but i am still showcasing my version off at theres and mine request.
