After searching the internet for a bit today I found that quite a few websites have a link quite close to the saying example.qassia.com.

 

I have setup an account with them and this is basically what your page looks like and you can slightly customize it and add more reviews (Intel as Qassia call it):

As you can see, it is a very simple page which makes me quite skeptic that this will actually take over my site in the search engines and then I will be getting more visitors to my qassia page who I will earn less from than if they come to my site.

Their homepage is PR5.... creating an account will not suck link juice/PR from their homepage...

Yes I dont think so that website will you a link juice. i can suggest a example of blogger who is providing URL like yoursite.blogspot.com after registration at blogger which has 6 or 7 pr itself.
