    You can do that with CSS....make styles for a:link and a:hover. On that site he made it slightly different. or with rollover image effect in Dreamweaver Insert menu

    You must set top value of body tag to 0 (zero)...something like: body { margin: 0 0 20px 0; padding: 0; } If You work in Dreamweaver select Page properties panel and set body top margin to 0
