  1. I did that because it wouldn't show up on my computer unless I wrote the full local address. I'm hoping that it should work if it's online, thanks for the help anyway, I overlooked that.
  2. Ah haaar, told you I was a novice... sort of
  3. Hello, could somebody check out my site and tell me why I get an error message when it first opens? It doesn't seem to want to link to the first frame until it is selected on the menu. Much appreciated, Nick
  4. Thanks for the reply, I'm thinking of using something like formbreeze as I am supposed to be doing this myself, however I may need help. What i'm trying to achieve is to send the pricing information to one person and the quantity and address to another at a set time every day. So an automated email, providing the required information to the right people. I assume I need a php script to assign the quantity and name/address box to the email provided in the form. Could I implement this into Google cart?
  5. Hello, I've got a friend who would like something I've never done before. I even don't know what the process is called either so that could be a good start if you could help with that. He basically wants the shopping basket on his site to send the person with the stock an automated email (at the same time every day) with the quantity and the address it is going to. Any thoughts on this? Thanks Nick
  6. alright fine... i'll just have to keep looking
  7. Hi everyone, I'm looking for a menu builder which enables me to insert images and text boxes in a vertical fly out menu. I tried AllWebMenus Pro, great program but lacks a text box feature and equally important control over the mouse-off collapse. Can anyone suggest any good sites? I did try and take the CSS path, but it seems incredibly complex for what i'm trying to achieve. For now I'll be happy to stick with JavaScript unless anyone can suggest any CSS builders that achieve the same thing. Thanks Nick
  8. Thanks, i'll try that... I did try to copy paste & delete some code but it went bananas, unlike any other flyout menu i've attempted... Thanks again for the reply
  9. Hi, i'm having trouble adding extra links underneath the 3 that are on the demo, also I was trying to remove one of the pop outs before the picture shows up but i'm baffed, it seems rather overly complicated. Could anyone lend me a hand? The link is here: http://www.cssplay.co.uk/menu/art_gallery I could post the HTML and CSS on here if you like? Thanks, Nick
  10. Traxor, it is indeed a website... but I was looking for something a bit more on the impressive side. Possibly mouseover over triggers on the right that shows a different picture and paragraph depending on what is highlighted? And Mr B, what am I looking at with your link... It sounds like your on to something there but I can't find what your on about Thanks for the input everyone, much appreciated Nickkkkk
  11. I've got a list on the left, as I scroll down with the mouse I would like a picture and paragraph on the right of it to change depending what is selected on the menu... Any suggestions what I could search for? Thanks
  12. Hi everyone! Is there an easy way to have a list on the left and a picture + a description on the right that changes depending what the mouse is over? Thanks for the help, Niiiiick
  13. Jolly good, throw that at the arseholes, see how they like it
  14. These large companies really get on my tits, they don't deserve any custom whatsoever. I've registered my domain with Fasthosts but I think i'm going to have to give Wesh a try for the hosting, since Bocaj recommends them.
  15. Ah... would the buttons still show at the top? I was thinking I could do it the old fashioned way for incompatible browsers by just clicking the tab and loading a page with the options on. How much do you charge for help?
  16. It does already float, I was hoping to make it push the content down... Your right, i'll try and get some hosting soon as possible
  17. Here's a little illustration of my site since I can't upload it. The white space above the paragraph of nonsense is where the horizontal menu is going to drop down to
  18. 20. unfortunately not... I still haven't got a hosting, i've been making this site for years but I can never make my mind up. I could paste some code?
  21. Literally below the menu... so the content slides down with the second level horizontal bar. Is it possible to assign z index to javascript? Would that work if the site content had the same z index number?
  22. Yeah I thought that... that will be a good compromise for now I think, although the menu might only be a few lines tall yet which is why I was hoping it could slide in from the top, which would be rather smooth!
  23. Hi just as it says in the title, i've got the Sothink DHTML menu builder but i'm trying to keep the content below the dropdown, so it doesn't lay over the top of it. Anyone got any ideas, maybe some keywords I could search for? Any help at all would be great. Thanks
  24. Hello Bocaj, i've been away for a while so couldn't reply. I've got a new problem now, if you could possibly offer a solution. My text spills out the bottom of the page and I can't clear the footer because i've got floats left and right of it. I was hoping the container would expand length ways when the text size increases. I've tried everything in ems and percentages but still no luck. I could paste my code if you like? Thanks...
