  1. I found a free drop nav bar but i dont know how to import it

    Hi there, i am new to web design but im pretty clued up on html. I have found a website that creates drop down toolbars for free and you import them into your script. I have found a one here hwta i want in my website: http://www.dynamicdrive.com/dynamicindex1/mouseovertabs.htm but i have no idea what so ever as how to import it into my script. I am using pspad as my main editor. Any help would be greatly appricated. Oh also i dont have a domain or hosting yet but i will have soon, im basically wanting to create my page then but hosting and domain. cheers, lewis.
