I use https://www.powermapper.com/products/sortsite/ (desktop version) as my primary accessibility checking tool because it analyses the whole site in one sweep, it also evaluates usability, web standards and general errors. Additionally I run the WAVE browser extension and Axe Devtools for quick page checks.
A few things to note about tools like AccessiBe (which I have used in the past)
they are horrendously expensive different tools always produce varying results, none are perfect you can't solve accessibility issues with a widget, they merely provide a temporary band-aid  

This is one area that I've found AI to be useful!
Feed the relevant regulations to a decent LLM. https://www.ada.gov/resources/2024-03-08-web-rule/ & https://www.w3.org/TR/WCAG22/ for example. Tell it to thoroughly read everything on those pages.

Attach the source code for the page you want to make compliant, and ask for a full audit with a list of actionable changes.
Repeat until you and the bot are satisfied.

Thanks, guys,( @BlueDreamer @DSTW @Jogeta316 )for weighing in. We typically try to give people the benefit of the doubt before making a decision either way. We have come across projects that, in retrospect, made us question whether we should have had a policy to protected againts them. Fortunately, we have lately been wise enough to know there is no way to make everyone happy, and to be successful, you have to have boundaries. The world has always been a moving target. The people who slow down and make firm decisions tend to fare better, in my opinion.

I think there’s a fine line between holding a moral standard and sitting on a high horse.
I saw this with a small charity I worked with - genuine people doing great work. When some 'dirt' surfaced regarding a third party they’d associated with, the social media pile-on started. The team behind the charity eventually gave up because they couldn't deal with it.
So the world lost a net positive, due to 1 small negative aspect that people didn't like.
Nobody's perfect, and it's important to not make snap decisions based on 1 piece of a larger jigsaw.
With that said, similar to @Jogeta316 I definitely have some "red lines" that I won't cross. If my gut instinct is that I find something truly immoral, I'll 100% walk away.
