Thanks for sharing these resources, Matticus! I've bookmarked them too. StrangerPings, I also love Unsplash; it’s a fantastic source for high-quality images.

I've found Photoshop's generative AI to be a mix of impressive and limited. 🎨 It's great for small edits, like changing hairstyles or removing elements, but not for large-scale designs. For advanced AI design work, Adobe Firefly is worth exploring. 🚀

    Hello there everyone!
I'm also a web designer, so I decided to join here to read about and engage with other designers like me. 🙂

It's hard to say without seeing an example of what type of data you want to see. Sideways scrolling is definitely the easy thing to do. Depending on how much data you are displaying you may need to build a special interface just for mobile. Maybe the ability to toggle columns on/off. Then tapping on a record can open all of the details for that record in a modal.

    Hi all,
I'm a freelance UI & UX Design Consultant in the Leeds/York area.
The forum was recommended by a client so I thought I'd join to see if I can pick up any tips and tricks, and possibly even offer some in return.

For me this depends on the type of work I'm doing, similar to @Jogeta316.
I'll definitely check out the NMS soundtrack! I'm a huge fan of the Fallout series, and I'm often listening to FO ambient sounds which are both super-relaxing, and, reminiscent of a time when I actually had time to sit down and play a game properly!

Thought I'd share the stock photo/video/illustration sites I've got bookmarked.
Some vary in quality and you might have to grind a bit to find an image you like, but I've used them loads for things like blog posts, social images and other online assets.

We've been having a play with PS generative AI over the past few months and we've found it's a mixed bag, impressive but also very limited. Has any one used it to create a design they've actually used/shipped?
We managed to get it to give a stock photo model a new hair cut, but that's been about it so far.

It's taken a few years (understandably), but it looks like the UK's web design and dev conf/event scene is thriving again! It's great to see.

I find it tough to focus on certain kinds of work if I'm listening to music with vocals. Copywriting in particular!
Instrumental stuff like Animals As Leaders, Plini, Intervals and the soundtrack to No Man's Sky have been on heavy rotation lately.
