  1. IT Operations Management, is my background. I have an intermediate to advanced knowledge of all things IT. I used to do web design 20+ yrs ago, but that was hand coding HTML. Everything has changed since I built sites. I suppose what I was asking was, if these were your domains, which ones would you choose to start with, to monetize.
  2. Hello all. I'm pretty much stuck in a foreign country, so I need to generate some money. I have a list of domain names, and want to monetize them. I've tried selling some, but had little luck getting views. I'm asking for your help in direction. Which sites should I build first, to generate some income? () are my ideas only. Feel free to deviate from my original ideas, and help me figure out which ones are most viable for revenue generation. adventurevacationclub.com (a "group" travel discount site) altcbd.com (possibly white label or drop ship CBD products) angelescityvacation.com (vacation affiliate for Angeles City Philippines) citygardensg.com (brick-and-mortar product for patio gardens in Singapore) constructionph.com (construction industry in Philippines) guamcannabislab.com (guam cannabis industry) guamdispensaries.com (guam cannabis industry) guamedibles.com (guam cannabis industry) guamtourguides.com (guam tourism affiliate) itsolutions.llc (IT company I wanted to start) meetmeph.com (Philippines dating site) nutralus.com (white label or drop ship health supplements brand) phexpats.com (This site is for expats living in the Philippines. Ive started building this one already) philfunder.com (like a Go-Fund-Me, for the Philippines) philwholesale.com (like an Aliexpress, but for philippines products only) rentalcarguam.com (guam tourism affiliate) rentalcaroffers.com (rental car affiliate) safedetoxproducts.com (white label, affiliate or drop ship for detox products. seattlerentalcars.com (rental car affiliate for Seattle) serfwear.com (clothing brand name for high end luxury lounge-wear) sgcitygarden.com (same - small patio garden for singapore) tophostingaffiliates.com (2 & 3 tier website hosting affiliates) vacationguam.com (guam tourism affiliate) Which ones would you start with? I've already started building PHexpats.com, a site for Americans and westerners living in the Philippines. It's a small market, and will take time for the community to grow, but has potential. I started with PHexpats.com, because its what I know. Thanks again for your feedback.
  3. Hi all, I was a hard code web designer in the 90's, and worked in Drupal/Joomla and Wordpress in the 2000's, but moved into management (IT Operations), and am (by necessity) getting back into website design at 50yrs old. Long story short... I had more than enough money to retire here in the Philippines, but during my divorce, my ex cleaned out all our joint accounts before I could access any funds. I own around 30 domains, and have a hosting account. I figure I need to monetize some of these domains I've owned for so many years. Any help and feedback is encouraged. But please remember, I'm not quite up to speed on all the latest trends and coding changes, over the past 20 years... so be patient please. I have a list of domains, if anyone could look at them, and help me narrow down what I should do with them in terms of monetization, I'd greatly appreciate it.
