    Just had a look at the AWL highlighter and it's a lot more complicated than just uploading a word list. They also have a list of related words and then add hyperlinks to those words.
    The actual process isn't too complicated as it's just matching strings and there are a number of ways to do this. Throw in a bit of JavaScript/Ajax to manage the form submission and a decent developer could put this together in a day or two.
