    Hi Niall,
    My recommendation would be to set prices as day rates rather than per hour - I have done that and sometimes may charge a 1/2 day, but I don't charge by the hour.
    If you charge by the day you can include various tasks within that day - from the list you have shown each can use different amounts of time, some much more than others.
    Consider working with a day rate - in the UK it seems to range from £250-£750 per day across the services you want to offer. More complex programming requirements will be more, such as database work etc.
