Thank you very much for your help. Can you please tell me where exactly I should put this code, I really don't understand it. In my website I have an index.php file which reads the incoming data and then include a display.html file which displays the contents of file1.txt in a table on my website. Should I create another file and include in this file the code you suggested me? How this code will sit outside of my php file?

Should I write this code into my index.php file?

I am displaying the contents of a file (file1.txt) on a webpage. During the day at least two times I am snding new data to the file (file1.txt) at the web server.. Can anyone tell me how to refresh the contents of the table with the updated data of file (file1.txt) every time I send the new data or maybe every minute? The table will be displayed constantly on PC's monitor ( I only want to be able to have it updated every time new data will be sent to file1.txt)
