What is meant by good content? Suppose I have an E-commerce website, what can I do best is, 1) Upload Images 2) Their Description 3) Proper Keywords(Meta Title, Meta Description) 4) Using the same in their Details. After doing this what should I do? stare at my "PC" or wait? I am a bit confused.. any help here??

I agree with all this, but still, backlinks matter a lot. When you are new in the market no one will come to shake your hand right away if you are dressed properly. One has to have some potential in him before that, right?

While I was working on my website (off page) SEO. A friend of mine happens to pass by and asked me to download some software which provides auto hits & traffic. I just want to ask the experts here I mean is this legal? If "YES" then why the hell I am busting my A** with finding quality backlinks? If "NO" why google not penalizing any of them who are performing such actions. Thanks

That's a downer (Fisicx). The main reason was that I am broke and want to just copy and edit this theme to make it my own.
