  1. Using Images Of celebrities on a website

    Hello I'm planning on making a website about celebrities and on the website there will be images of celebrities i know that you cant use images of celebrities owned by other people(i hope you understand what i mean) how would i go about getting images of celebrities and using them on my website for free becuase ive checked the prices of images and they are crazy high like 200 Euro per picture i dont have that kind of money as im a teenager finishing school i need to save up for collage ive attached an image down below how do i tell if im allowed to use it on y website or not and if not how do i find images of celebrities that im allowed to use Thank you very much for your help <3
