    Hello, I currently have an ancient, picture based navigation bar (can see it here) which I would like to convert to something made in CSS. I'd really like to preserve its current functionality , inc. the mouse over effect which changes a picture at left. Also it would nice to add some transition time to this swap effect, as well as popping submenus - the same this site has, for examole. Where do I start? I'm working in dreamweaver btw.
