  1. HTML Email Signatures Aim We are a small company of around 20 people. I have created an email signature (Top area will remain static the bottom half will change) The idea is that i can remotely update the image and image link without having to rely on everyone to change it themselves. I have hosted the email banner image on our website server with a generic name that i can then overwrite when we want to change the image. The Tiny CC link i can also manage the redirect link when that needs to change. Issues When i update the image on the web server, the individual pcs/ macs are not displaying the new image. Outlook and Mail seem to be caching the image. How can i prevent the software caching? Searching the internet I have put various html functions in the code to stop the image being embedded, but this doesn't seem to be working. - moz-do-not-send="true" and nosend="1" When the signature is added to Outlook / Mail we open the html file in a browser select all and paste it into the signature setup box - perhaps there is a better way to do this? I have attached an example of one of the HTML files so you can look at the code etc. Does anyone know how i can stop the caching issue? Thanks Nick_Harris.html
  2. Thanks for your help guys, unfortunately its still not working. To confirm what we're trying to do incase i haven't been clear... Website is hosted under a sub-domain - http://creative.fwdp.co.uk The domain www.fwdpcreative.co.uk then redirects to the homepage of the sub-domain. As we want to use a URL on printed marketing the sub-domain URL isn't user friendly. Therefore we want this redirect to work - http://creative.fwdp.co.uk/answers.html > www.fwdpcreative.co.uk/answers Hope thats clear
  3. Thanks for your help I have tried both suggestions but its still not working It just goes to the home page… http://www.fwdpcreative.co.uk/answers
  4. Wonder if you can help. I have created a page on our website that is hidden from the menus. The actual URL is http://creative.fwdp.co.uk/answers.html On printed marketing we want to display a more user friendly URL as www.fwdpcreative.co.uk/answers Im attempting to add this into the .htaccess file but I'm struggling as the website is using a sub-domain! These are my attempts which didn't work: Redirect /answers http://creative.fwdp.co.uk/answers.html Redirect www.fwdpcreative.co.uk/answers http://creative.fwdp.co.uk/answers.html Redirect 301 www.fwdpcreative.co.uk/answers http://creative.fwdp.co.uk/answers.html Do you know what i need to add to the .htaccess to get this to work? Thanks Nick
