    Hello, I just enrolled on college with web design and I'm looking for the right laptop or desktop.I'm not sure How big the screen should be down to how much memory I'll need.I'm on a very low budget and I'm new at this don't want to mess up.also where to find one with only a week before class will help also. My other laptop won't run Google chrome or allow me to download any files.I can't download another browser that works with my college. Plz help
