Hey Guys, I am sort of a new website designer, designing really just generic website for small businesses. charing like £100 a pop. I know right, close to nothing, but everyone starts somewhere right? So I got this client, who wants something like this: http://affordable-cleaning.co.uk/Affordable_Cleaning_St_Albans_Harpenden_.html It's looks terrible, but he said he wants an exact clone of it... But it's an HTML, not wordpress and I have no knowledge of HTML... Anyone konws a theme which can do something like this or similar?

Or can I do it in any theme if I edit the custom code?
