Ouch! Growing pains. I'm working on that. But at the same time, lots of layers make for a less efficient web page - each layer becomes a JPG or PNG image in a separate div so merging lots of those together is a good idea before converting it. Also, all the hidden layers get converted too. The suggested workflow is: Design the page, save a copy as the 'ready to convert' working version and spend a little time merging layers, doing any special layer naming, etc. on that one, then convert that working version. Hi - I'm asking for a slightly different opinion from everyone. I'd like you to convert any PSD web designs you might have with this free online tool and give me your opinion about the web page that is generated. I'd like to know if the features (like the image roll overs, the dynamic menus, the tool tips, form generation, etc.) are useful, and which are not useful, what sort of features you would like to see added, etc. I know my site itself isn't so hot - I'm working on rebuilding it with my own tool but it isn't finished yet. In that I agree hand coded CSS is going to produce the best results, I believe that a tool that gets you started or most of the way there can be extremely helpful too.
