  1. Hi, thanks for the reply. I have web hosting with 123reg but every time I ask them they tell me I need to change the name server but I dont have one as mamp is a local host. Any ideas how else I can do this? Thanks
  2. Hi, thanks for the reply. I currently use MAMP to host the site, is it possible to link it to that? If so do you know how? Thank you
  3. Ok, so I have been building my wordpress site for a few days so it's fair to say I am still very much a novice! The site is looking ok but I can only access it through http://localhost:8888/wordpress%202/ I have the domain www.german-auto.co.uk which I would like to link to this site but can't seem to find a way. Any help would be great! Thanks
  4. Hi all, I have been looking around the forum for a while but have only just decided to post as I have hit a problem! I had a wordpress site built around 2 years ago by a web designer. I am now looking to make some major changes to the site. The current theme is custom built and I want to edit it. When I click on 'Customise' I can see the layout of the website as it appears online but can't work out how I begin to customise it? I have been learing html for the past year so should be ok with making the changes but I just need to know how I actually get started!! Thanks in advance, kj2
