    Hi, I am trying to create a membership form, so far I have a google drive hosted website: puredemocracy.org.nz I have the form in google forms but I need to add a signature field, and a payment by credit card. All these requirements must be fulfilled. I also need a spreadsheet created automatically... omg, I am in such a rush... Your help is very much appreciated. PS. My financial situation is very bad, and cannot afford much, but am willing to make small payments. I payed 15 dollars for registering my domain so far...
