  1. So I have a few websites which I can edit and know a bit about coding but i'm no expert so that's why I'm here for advice. A few years ago All my sites ranked very well on google , Usually 1st - 3rd for the search terms I wanted and I was doing very well out it. I don't mind going back to basics and starting again if that's what I have to do. I've asked a few people supposedly "in the know" but they didn't seem keen on sharing too many secrets as they are also in the same line of work as me. So my questions : Am I better with an HTML based site as opposed to wordpress for seo, As I can do blogs etc from my mobile I thought wordpress was the way to go and my old sites that ranked very well were wordpress so thought I was onto a winner with that.Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Does your webhost effect you site load time and in turn SEO ? I have checked my site load time and I'm not sure if its down the the amount of content on my site or because its a cms that it takes longer to index. My sites can still be found on google but page 2 so I'm not being found where I need to be. I need to be found by using popular keywords as opposed to my company name. Any info is greatly appreciated Thanks in advance
