    Hi, there. I have returned to Web Design after a few years and have notice a lot of change. Dreamweaver with small edits made in Notepad was the way at that time. Is it still a credible option? How does this compare with using Wordpress etc? In a nutshell, what is the most up to date aproach? Thanks APW
