  1. I am currently trying to do a Quiz Game which is part of a coursework. The coursework asks for implementing a mobile application by using HTML5, jQuery, Javascript and CSS. In this application there is a quiz game. I have thought a way of doing it and I would really like to hear your advice. The quiz game starts with a question and the user has the option to pick up an answer from 3 radio buttons. Each time the user selects a radio button, then a next button comes up and he can continue to the next question. When the quiz finishes the user gets the results e.g 70/100. Now, in the actual implementation on how we do this, I thought that it would work by doing the follow steps. First make an xml file where all the questions and answers are stored. With the use of javascript then I can retrieve this content to show up into my html page. Then again by using the javascript, to store the values of the user is entering, somewhere and finally with some if statements compare them with the actual results of the questions to finally give a percentage of his quiz. I was just thinking that this way might be more difficult and because I have in my mind the 'less is more' theory I would really like to advice me if this way is correct or if there are any other ways to solve this problem. Regards, Dimitri
  2. Hello to everyone! My name is Dimitri and I come from Greece. I currently live in London and I am studying Computer Science. I am in the final year of my studies and as you many know the major thing of this year is the final year project. This is one of the reasons that I am here in this community. Not only to ask questions but also more importantly to learn from others and maybe improve the community with my knowledge. I am pretty sure that there are people who have a deeper understanding into things like UX, but as I said before I am still learning and if I know something, it will be my pleasure to contribute to the Forum. I think this is a good start. It's midnight, so this first message is a greeting message to everyone here. P.S From tomorrow I will start bombarding the forum with questions! Regards, Dimitri
