  1. Website design(layout) - Percentage (%) or Pixel (px)?

    Hi im newly website designer and im confuse what going to use Percent or px? What is commonly use right now in web designing industry? As far as i know they have both pros and cons Percent (%) is perfect to all screen resolution no matter what but the problem is when the browser is set to restore (minimize) small all image - text - div are compressing and does not look right. While Pixels (px) good because no matter you minimize (restore) or how small the browser is the website is fix and look great buy the problem is screen resolution it not fitting to small resolutions. So wanna ask some professionals website designer here what is the best or recommended to use and why? thank you
