    Work out how much you need to earn per hour in order to survive then add on a percentage for a profit margin and taxation.
     
    However I can't see many surviving in London on much less than about £650 a week so you need to be charging around £17/hr at least.

    Have you tried looking throgh the local paper at every business, check if they have a website, if not send them a letter or give them a call. Start localy get a portfolio built up then expand from there.
