    Okay I cant edit but here goes for the record (Ive seen about 30-40 pages asking this question with no answer)
     
    The site was hacked by a famous hacking group (no prizes for guessing who) and the person who rebuilt it forgot to put the files back inside plugins>breezing forms etc.
    So it still referenced the plugins was there but the files it uses wasn't. I managed to get the files off another site I worked on recantly
     
    If you got this problem try seeing if that's your issue.
