Plz tell me any software or method so that i can upload contents to different pages and it gets uploaded by keeping the other things like logo and left hand side same. And just the contents get uploaded.

Hi.. Can you plz help me with understanding that how to do a html website with wordpress. Actually I have seen many website using wp/contents/...... and I dont understand it. I do all the updation in Dreamweaver. And it has a widget called template which says: keep some part similar( like logo, left hand side,etc.) in all the pages and you just need to change the desired place (like the content area ) everyday. So it was easy to handle. But if you open the code of the page it shows all these template name and area. So I want something like this template type of thing. but the code should not be distracted. plz help me...

I am having a news website. And therefore I need to update it regularly. It has many sections like sports news, television news, etc. The problem is if I wish to change the layout of the website I need to change all the pages manually. It is very tiring and time taking as well. Is there any method that I just change the layout of one page and all the other changes automatically without changing the overall contents (as all the pages are having different news). Please help me with this issue..
