  1. I have a created simple web site for my classes I have included links to some 'handouts' that they can print out Tried printing as web page but not really suitable AI have converted them all to Word documents to enable printing, I would prefer web pages that they can just read on screen or print out if they want Is it possible to create a 'printable' webpage?
  2. Hi - I tried target blank but this opens in a new tab and not a new window
  3. How can I cause my video link to open in a seperate window? <a href="personal_information.swf">personal_information.swf</a></p>
  4. I am building a web site with a few web pages each with some links to some learning videos (10-20 videos) per page so i dont want to embedded each video After too much trouble with mp4 I decided to use flv The videos are different sizes by default flv open up full screen with google chrome (havent tried other browsers) Im wondering if there is a parameter to open a video in its original size Ideally a webpage parameter (so I only need to add it to each page once) to open any video in its native size?
  5. All the videos were in MP4 and opening in the middle of the page the correct size/ratio, but no longer seem to work in Google Chrome Ive converted them to several formats and only one that seem to work at all is .swf Although without setting a window size it stretches to full window and the file size is over double the mp4 size but i'll live with that until I can get MP4 sorted some how
  6. Tried to reply but it says I cant post links?? - Haven't posted any links - Dunno but i cant respond for some reason
  7. Hi I prefer not to embed the videos because of time and there is a lot on each page - Would that affect them running? Just a link would be fine Here is a test webpage where I have saved a video to different video formats If anyone could let me know If any of them work - which ones and what broswer were you using? Many Thanks Unfortunately wont let me post the link - strange it let me last time
  8. Myvideos are already mp4 although im not sure which video code was used Does this mean recoding them to h246 but still mp4 I can choose audio code, does this matter (mp3)?
  9. Nope You tube is not an option I want my own videos Just need the best (most compatible) video format It can't be impossible It was working fine Anyone know about web based videos?
  10. Ive created some short learning videos to stream from a web page I converted them to MP4 because they seemed to work fine in Google Chrome and IExplorer (via Media Player) Just created some more and for some reason they stopped working in Google chrome? What is the best format of video for webpage? Is it GC that stopped supporting MP4 or is it something to with my videos? SSUR Desktop
