  1. looking to hire but dont know what skilset

    hi im currently looking to hire a designer to build a flash based application for me, the application will allow the end user to upload a image or log in through facebook and select one of there profile images, resize and tweek image possibly even a few instagram style effects, this app must communicate with my ecommerce pref opencart as thats what i use, and allow the user to make a product with there chosen image, this image must then attach to the order to be sent for print. also i have always built my websites using wordpress, would this be possible using wp? thanks in advance warren.
