    We really need to start a more dynamic discussion about Heart Internet. As a service provider with a reasonable market share their activities and performance need to be report on for the benefit of both the Web Design community and ultimately our clients, the end users. If Heart wish to survive as a business, then the experience of this web designer is that then need to get a kick up the backside and they need to get their act together. They waste the designers' time and they waste the clients' money.
