    The homepage should draw visitors in and to be honest It doesn't look like your making the most of it. If it was me I would be taking small pieces of content from the other pages in nice bite-size chunks, that are not only informative, but easier to digest.
     
    I would also be using images to bring the site to life and illustrate any points your site is trying to make. I hope this helps, good luck.
